At Simms Fishing, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you have the best experience on the water. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 60 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your gear in its original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number for reference until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 7-10 business days.
